I am entering my Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes in a local contest at a women’s expo! I just made the decision today, as last year when I sent in my entry of my roasted blueberry cupcakes with fresh squeezed lemon buttercream, I was told they weren’t “good enough” (those were the exact words from the local radio station employee that called to tell me I didn’t make the cut).
